Job Purpose
Responsible for the overall sales operations of our Dubai office, this role requires you to undertake daily sales related support tasks and ensuring the Sales staff has adequate support to work efficiently.
The general tasks of the role will include pre-sales, sales and post-sales support including internal processes, systems, and follow-ups. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. You should be self-motivated and trustworthy.
Job Functions & Required Skills / Knowledge
- Coordinate Sales support activities and operations with efficiency.
- Coordinate reviews of documents like agreements, MoUs, RFPs, Order forms etc.
- Coordinate with Unit, region and HQ for pricing, solution and technical information as pre sales.
- Initiate and follow through the workflow for new and renewal orders.
- Monitor and coordinate the timely deliver of products and services.
- Monitor and coordinate resolution of service issues faced by customers.
- Provide reports and analysis for sales support.
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
Job Requirements
Qualification
- Academic Qualification: Bachelor's degree or above
- Working Experience: 2 years of proven experience as a sales support or in an admin role
- Specific experience required: Knowledge and hands-on experience of full Sales cycle support activities
- Skills & Personal Attributes
- Technical skills: Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
- Computer skills: Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software.

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Language Ability: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin.
