CMA CGM Saudi Arabia is staffed with knowledgeable and motivated industry professionals who work closely with its customers to provide them with the best possible service and high-quality transport of their cargo. As a result of expanding our organization, we are currently looking for a Sales Support to join our fast-growing and challenging organization.
Role-Support customers in the utilization of MyPrice
-Handle quotations requests received by inside and outside sales
-Supports on a dedicated portfolio of customer
-Follow up on quotations sent, expiring, not booked
-Contribute to dispute resolution
-Contact with prices on, Freight and DDSM claims
-Promote CMA CGM Group Services and Non-Maritime products
-Back-up for Outside Sales or Inside Sales
Candidate Requirements University Degree in Marketing Minimum of two years experience Similar relevant experience in the shipping industry Fluent English Account & Portfolio Management Meeting Preparation & Execution Communication & Stakeholder Management Strategic Alignment Commercial Acumen Negotiation Customer, product, and market knowledge Good computer, software, and IT applications skills. Locating in Jeddah.
