Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Coordinator located in 6th of October, Giza Egypt.
You will be responsible for coordinating sales activities, providing exceptional customer service, managing sales accounts, and supporting sales operations. The role involves daily interaction with customers to address their needs, processing orders, and collaborating with the sales team to ensure smooth and efficient sales processes. The responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and managing customer relationships. The role also involves providing excellent customer support, monitoring customer interactions, and maintaining accurate records for referencing and reporting purposes. Additionally, the Customer Service Coordinator will collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experiences and streamline service delivery.
