Sales Support / Customer Service Assistant (6-Month Contract)

About the role

Our client is food manufacturing company seeking a customer-focused, detail-oriented individual to join their Customer Service team. You will handle customer enquiries and order processing, while coordinating closely with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Process daily customer orders and coordinate deliveries

• Handle returned invoices, debit notes and credit notes

• Collate invoices for timely submission

• Liaise with internal teams and customers

• Provide general customer service support

About you

• Customer service/admin experience preferred

• Fresh graduates are welcome

• Good communication and basic computer skills

• Able to support weekends/PH when required OT compensated
