Job Description

WHO WE ARE

Frontline Performance Group is strengthening international sales execution across EMEA and APAC. As we continue to scale, we are creating a new Sales Support & Enablement Manager (International) role to drive clarity, discipline, and performance across our Client Solutions teams.

We deliver measurable behaviour change to our clients, and we apply that same philosophy internally. This role works directly with the International President and partners closely with the EVP, EMEA Client Solutions, VP, APAC Client Solutions, and Marketing to improve sales effectiveness across regions.

This is a highly visible, commercially impactful role designed to evolve as our international sales resources grow.

WHO YOU ARE

  • You are a commercially minded sales enablement or sales operations professional who understands how B2B sales really works on the frontline
  • You are performance-focused, pragmatic, and outcome-driven. You enjoy influencing without authority and partnering closely with senior sales leaders to improve execution
  • You are not looking for a purely administrative role. You want to directly impact sales productivity, pipeline quality, forecast accuracy, and win rates
  • You are comfortable working across regions and cultures and align strongly with Frontline Performance Group's philosophy of measurable behaviour change

WHAT YOU WILL DO

International Sales Enablement & Support

  • Enable sellers across EMEA and APAC to execute a value-based, consultative selling approach consistently
  • Maintain and evolve international sales playbooks, messaging frameworks, proposals, and tools
  • Support onboarding and ramp-up of new sales hires with clear milestones and readiness standards
  • Reinforce sales process discipline and coaching rhythms with regional leaders

Sales Performance & Insight

  • Own international sales performance reporting and dashboards
  • Track leading indicators such as activity, pipeline movement, and deal quality
  • Identify performance gaps and recommend targeted interventions
  • Support structured forecasting and pipeline reviews

Sales Process & Systems Ownership

  • Own CRM effectiveness, adoption, and data quality
  • Improve workflows to reduce non-selling time
  • Partner closely with marketing on lead generation
  • Act as the liaison between sales, marketing, finance, commercial operations, and delivery on sales-related processes

Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Partner with the International Marketing Manager to ensure alignment on campaigns, messaging, and content usage
  • Support proposal development, pricing coordination, and contracting processes
  • Ensure smooth handoffs between sales and delivery teams to protect client outcomes

Continuous Improvement & Scale

  • Gather feedback from frontline sellers and sales leaders
  • Partner with BI to ensure insights inform sales execution
  • Test and implement improvements that increase sales effectiveness and consistency
  • Apply Frontline Performance Group's performance philosophy internally

HOW YOU WILL DO IT

You will operate with significant autonomy and visibility.

  • Report directly to the International President
  • Maintain a dotted-line partnership with the Marketing Manager
  • Act as a senior commercial enabler across EMEA and APAC
  • Influence through data, clarity, and execution discipline rather than authority
  • Balance regional flexibility with global consistency

This is a key individual contributor, player-coach role. While it does not initially include direct people management, it functions as a senior commercial coordination and enablement position across regions.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
