Key Responsibilities

Sales Operations & Documentation

  • Manage end-to-end sales documentation in line with internal policies and compliance requirements
  • Support the preparation of quotations, commercial proposals, and client presentations

Order Management & Execution

  • Process and validate customer orders through ERP systems, ensuring accuracy in pricing, SKUs, quantities, and delivery timelines
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (logistics, supply chain, operations) to ensure smooth order fulfillment
  • Track order status and proactively address delays, discrepancies, or customer concerns

Reporting & Analytics

  • Prepare periodic sales reports (daily, weekly, monthly) for management review
  • Support sales planning activities through forecasts, pipeline tracking, and performance dashboards
  • Maintain data integrity across CRM, ERP, and internal systems

Requirements:

  • Academic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or any related field.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Years of Experience: 0-2 Years of experience in the same field.
  • Computer Skills:
  • Proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Familiar with ERP platforms and orderprocessing workflows.
  • Strong data analysis skills using Excel and Power BI.
