Job Purpose:
The Head of Sales Support section is responsible for leading and overseeing sales support operations, ensuring effective management of pricing, order forecasting, production coordination, logistics, and performance reporting. This role ensures alignment between sales, production, logistics, and finance to achieve sales targets, operational efficiency, and dealer satisfaction.
Key Accountabilities:
- Lead and manage the Sales Support section in line with company policies and standards
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Production, Logistics, Finance, and external partners
- Ensure data accuracy, governance, and timely reporting
- Identify operational risks and constraints and implement mitigation plans
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance sales support processes
Job Specific Accountabilities:
- Oversee pricing management and implementation of pricing policies
- Manage order forecast accuracy and demand planning alignment
- Review and approve order and sales closing performance reports
- Coordinate production planning intake and evaluate sales demand feasibility
- Supervise vehicle model/order specification management
- Manage backlog, production constraints, and supply limitation issues
- Oversee LC (Letter of Credit) management and compliance
- Manage dealer requests, escalations, and resolution processes
- Oversee VPC operations and inbound material control
- Supervise transportation planning and performance management
- Manage transportation operations including T/P control and KAEC vehicle access
- Ensure vehicle yard security and quality management for stored finished vehicles
Experience:
- Minimum 810 years of experience in sales support, logistics, production planning, or related functions
- Minimum 35 years of people management experience
- Experience in automotive or manufacturing industries preferred
- Proven experience in forecasting, order management, and cross-functional coordination
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher (Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields preferred)
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced MS Office and reporting tool proficiency
