Key Accountabilities:
- Perform assigned tasks in compliance with company policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate data and documentation
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and dealers
- Support problem identification and resolution in daily operations
- Participate in process improvement activities
Job Specific Accountabilities:
- Support pricing management and maintain pricing data
- Assist in managing order forecast accuracy and data tracking
- Prepare order and sales closing reports and performance materials
- Support production plan intake and review sales demand requirements
- Maintain vehicle model and order specification data
- Monitor back-order, production constraints, and supply issues
- Support LC-related documentation and tracking
- Receive and respond to dealer requests and inquiries
- Support VPC operations and input material management
- Track transportation plans and actual performance
- Support transportation operations including T/P coordination and KAEC access
- Assist in vehicle yard security and quality checks for stored finished vehicles
Experience:
- 5-7 years of experience in sales support, logistics, operations, or related roles
- Experience in automotive or manufacturing industries is a plus
- Exposure to order management, reporting, or dealer support preferred
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher (Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
