Your Responsibilities
- Acts as the central link between Alpitronic Middle East and customers and Alpitronic Srl
- Facilitates sales communication, including inquiries, clarifications, and follow-up with customers
- Supports preparation and submission of local offers and tenders in coordination with internal stakeholders
- Coordinates with Logistics at headquarters and handle the import and delivery of chargers and spare parts to Saudi
- Manages purchasing processes from Alpitronic Srl and arranges local handling and storage of spare parts
- Maintains regular communication with customers, partners, and authorities in English and Arabic, ensuring clarity and reliability
- Manages the local vehicle fleet, including coordination of maintenance and insurances
- Ensures smooth document management, registration updates, and government portal administration
Your Qualifications & Skills
- Secondary School Certificate in Administration or equivalent qualification
- Experience in an administrative role, internal sales operations or logistics coordination, ideally in an industrial or technology-related environment
- Familiarity with Saudi administrative and government procedures is an advantage
- Saudi National for Saudization (Nitaqat) requirements
- Proficiency in MS Office; ERP experience (e.g. SAP) is a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Proactive and reliable working style, with outgoing and persistent personality
- Excellent command of Arabic and English, both written and spoken
