Job Title: Sales Support Representative

Work Location: Jebel Ali Freezone, Dubai-UAE

Objectives of the Role:

As a Sales Support Representative, you will be instrumental in supporting our sales team and ensuring a smooth process for generating and delivering client quotations. You will collaborate closely with various departments to provide the necessary information and support for successful sales transactions.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Quotation Cycle Management: Oversee the end-to-end quotation process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in

stock checks, quotation creation, and distribution to clients.

Sales Team Support: Work alongside the sales team to understand client needs and provide essential data to

facilitate effective communication.

Pricing and Cost Analysis: Analyze pricing structures to assist in determining competitive and profitable pricing

strategies, offering insights for necessary adjustments.

Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain organized records of all quotations, proposals, and client

communications for easy reference and reporting.

Client Communication: Engage with clients to gather information, answer inquiries, and negotiate terms, ensuring

excellent customer service to foster strong relationships.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, finance, and logistics departments to ensure seamless

order processing and delivery.

Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports on quotation activities and sales performance to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience: Proven experience as a Sales Support Representative or in a similar role, particularly in quotation cyclemanagement within the trading industry.

Education: Bachelor's degree in accountancy, financial management, logistics, or a related field.

Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Excel, and other MS Office tools.

Languages: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.

Competencies: Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously. A

customer-centric approach focused on delivering exceptional service.
