Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Sales Support Specialist to join our team. This role is integral to the sales process, providing direct assistance during pitches and helping secure deals by effectively communicating and reinforcing our predefined value proposition. The Sales Support Specialist will work closely with the business development team, ensuring all client-facing materials and presentations are tailored to client needs and aligned with our strategic messaging.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Business Development to prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches, ensuring the company's value proposition is clearly articulated and understood.
- Assist in the development, customization, and management of pitch materials, proposals, and presentations tailored to prospective clients.
- Support the sales team in understanding client requirements and aligning solutions to address those needs within the framework of the predefined value proposition.
- Provide real-time support during pitch meetings, including handling client queries, presenting supporting data, and ensuring the pitch runs smoothly.
- Gather and relay client feedback post-pitch to help refine messaging and improve future presentations.
- Maintain accurate records of pitch outcomes, client interactions, and feedback.
- Coordinate with marketing, product, and operation teams to ensure all materials are current, accurate, and aligned with the company's value proposition.
Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Advance Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and Google Suite.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proactive problem-solver with a customer-centric approach.
- Understanding of value proposition development and its role in the sales process.
- Creative and graphic designing is a plus
- English is B2 and must be able to deliver material in Arabic as well
