Sales Support Specialist - UAE National

About the Role

Keeta is looking for a proactive Sales Support Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you'll act as the backbone of our sales operations - analyzing performance data, streamlining processes, and collaborating across teams to ensure our business runs efficiently and achieves ambitious growth targets.

What You'll Do

Take ownership of daily sales reporting and performance tracking, analyzing key metrics to monitor business health and identify trends or issues.

Conduct in-depth data analysis to diagnose challenges, interpret insights, and help shape solutions that drive operational excellence.

Support the optimization of sales processes and workflow management, helping teams work smarter and faster.

Stay closely connected with the front-line sales team, gathering feedback, tracking progress, and ensuring smooth execution of sales initiatives.

Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure go-to-market campaigns and strategic projects are well executed.

Contribute to business reviews and performance improvement projects by preparing dashboards, reports, and actionable recommendations.

Take initiative on ad-hoc projects that enhance sales performance and customer experience.

What We Need From You

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.

03 years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or marketing support (internship experience is a plus).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with fluency in English; Arabic or Mandarin is a plus.

Familiarity with Excel and SQL for reporting and data handling; Python is an advantage.

Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Passionate about technology, operations, and the food delivery or F&B industry.
