Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Team Lead located in Qesm 1st Nasser City. The Sales Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day performance of the sales team, developing strategic sales plans to meet targets, supporting and mentoring team members to achieve their individual goals, and ensuring seamless communication with customers to maintain satisfaction and build lasting relationships. Responsibilities will also include analyzing sales performance and identifying areas for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Strong Team Management and Leadership skills to support, motivate, and guide team members effectively
  • Proficiency in Sales strategies, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for establishing and maintaining positive customer relationships
  • Well-developed Analytical Skills to assess performance metrics and develop actionable strategies
  • Prior experience in the automotive industry is considered advantageous
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
