We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Team Lead to drive business growth, expand market presence, and lead high-performing sales teams. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a proven ability to develop client relationships, manage partnerships, and deliver revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to expand into new markets and grow the existing client base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and clients, ensuring high-quality service and support
  • Lead, manage, and mentor sales, business development, and key account teams
  • Drive revenue growth and ensure achievement of KPIs within the assigned region
  • Oversee sales operations and collaborate with marketing and support teams to improve performance
  • Identify new partnership opportunities and support deal development and closing
  • Ensure consistent implementation of brand strategy and sales standards
  • Organize and participate in events, webinars, and promotional activities

What You Bring:

  • Proven experience in senior Sales role within Forex/CFDs
  • Strong track record of achieving revenue targets and driving market expansion
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and team management skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client and partner relationships
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to develop and execute business plans
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
