Job Summary:

The Sales Team Leader will oversee and guide a team of Sales Executives to meet revenue targets and expand the company's customer base. This role involves coaching, strategy implementation, performance tracking, and ensuring the team delivers outstanding customer engagement. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with hands-on sales experience in logistics, courier, or related industries.

Job Description:

Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of Sales Executives to achieve individual and team sales targets.

Provide coaching, training, and ongoing support to improve sales performance and product knowledge.

Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.

Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.

Monitor the team's sales pipeline, performance metrics, and conversion rates.

Identify new business opportunities and support team members in closing major deals.

Collaborate with management to set quarterly and annual sales goals.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.

Handle escalated client issues to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Participate in major sales presentations, negotiations, and client meetings.

Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service in collaboration with the operations team.

Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management.

Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.

Manage CRM data accuracy and ensure all team members maintain updated records.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).

35 years of sales experience, ideally in logistics, courier, or parcel services.

Proven experience in team leadership or supervisory roles.

Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to analyze performance data and develop actionable strategies.

Goal-driven, proactive, and able to perform in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Valid driver's license (if the role involves client visits).
