Sales Team Lead

We are actively looking for a Sales Team Leader to join the our eXtra Store in Alkharj.

Core Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team.

• Drive section sales performance and achieve assigned KPIs.

• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns effectively.

• Monitor team performance and identify development needs.

• Ensure product availability, proper merchandising, and compliance with company standards.

• Support inventory accuracy and overall section operations.

Essential Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field; a diploma with strong relevant experience is acceptable.

• 2–5 years of retail sales experience, including 1–2 years in a supervisory or Team Leader role.

• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.

• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and KPIs.

• Good communication skills in Arabic and English.

• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and peak retail seasons.
