Job Description

To lead and develop a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets, expand market share, and strengthen customer relationships within the Horeca channel.

Sales Leadership

  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.
  • Set individual sales targets and monitor team performance against KPIs.
  • Conduct regular field visits with sales representatives to provide coaching and performance feedback.
  • Develop action plans to improve sales performance and customer coverage.
  • Foster a high-performance culture through continuous training and development.

Business Development

  • Identify new business opportunities within restaurants, hotels, cafés, catering companies, institutions, and other foodservice customers.
  • Develop strategies to grow existing accounts and acquire new customers.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and strategic customers.
  • Support contract negotiations and major account management.

Market Intelligence

  • Communicates internally any event taken by customer/competitors which can have an impact on the business in order to take required action.

Receivables

  • Oversees the process of collection of trade receivables in order to achieve targeted credit terms policy and adherence to SOPs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or similar field
  • 4-6 years of experience in Foodserive
  • At least 1year in a team leading role
  • Foodservice experience is a must
  • Candidate must be based in Abu dhabi or willing to relocate
