To lead and develop a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets, expand market share, and strengthen customer relationships within the Horeca channel.
Sales Leadership
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.
- Set individual sales targets and monitor team performance against KPIs.
- Conduct regular field visits with sales representatives to provide coaching and performance feedback.
- Develop action plans to improve sales performance and customer coverage.
- Foster a high-performance culture through continuous training and development.
Business Development
- Identify new business opportunities within restaurants, hotels, cafés, catering companies, institutions, and other foodservice customers.
- Develop strategies to grow existing accounts and acquire new customers.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and strategic customers.
- Support contract negotiations and major account management.
Market Intelligence
- Communicates internally any event taken by customer/competitors which can have an impact on the business in order to take required action.
Receivables
- Oversees the process of collection of trade receivables in order to achieve targeted credit terms policy and adherence to SOPs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or similar field
- 4-6 years of experience in Foodserive
- At least 1year in a team leading role
- Foodservice experience is a must
- Candidate must be based in Abu dhabi or willing to relocate
