Job Summary:The Real Estate Team Leader is responsible for leading, managing, and motivating the sales team to achieve company sales targets. The role focuses on driving performance, developing team members, and ensuring excellent customer service while maximizing revenue.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead, manage, and supervise the real estate sales team
- Set monthly and annual sales targets and ensure achievement
- Monitor team performance and provide regular reports to management
- Coach, train, and develop sales team members
- Motivate the team to improve productivity and close deals
- Assist in closing high-value deals and handling key clients
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities
- Resolve team issues and support continuous performance improvement
Qualifications & Requirements:- 35 years of experience in real estate sales
- Previous experience as a Team Leader or Senior Sales is preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office
