We're Hiring: Real Estate Sales Team Leader | New Cairo

Are you a results-driven leader with a passion for real estate and a proven track record in driving high-performing sales teams This is your opportunity to lead, inspire, and scale success in one of Cairo's fast-growing brokerage environments.

Location: District 5, New Cairo, Egypt

What You'll Do:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of property consultants to exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with market dynamics.
  • Monitor team performance, KPIs, and pipeline activity through CRM systems.
  • Drive lead generation, client acquisition, and conversion optimization.
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and field support.
  • Collaborate with marketing and senior management to maximize opportunities.
  • Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and professional service standards.

What We're Looking For:

  • 3–5+ years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
  • Proven ability to hit and exceed sales targets.
  • Solid understanding of Cairo's real estate market.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and sales analytics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Driven, ambitious, and performance-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent command of English language.
  • Must own a car.
