What You'll Do:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of property consultants to exceed sales targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with market dynamics.
- Monitor team performance, KPIs, and pipeline activity through CRM systems.
- Drive lead generation, client acquisition, and conversion optimization.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and field support.
- Collaborate with marketing and senior management to maximize opportunities.
- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and professional service standards.
What We're Looking For:
- 3–5+ years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
- Proven ability to hit and exceed sales targets.
- Solid understanding of Cairo's real estate market.
- Experience working with CRM systems and sales analytics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Driven, ambitious, and performance-oriented mindset.
- Excellent command of English language.
- Must own a car.
