We're looking for a results-driven Sales Team Leader to manage our sales team, maximize lead conversion, and ensure the clinic consistently achieves its revenue targets.
Location: Nasr City
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly targets.
Monitor daily team performance and provide regular feedback and support.
Develop sales strategies to maximize clinic bookings and revenue.
Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales process.
Ensure effective follow-up on leads from calls, WhatsApp, and social media channels.
Follow up on leads and ensure high conversion rates.
Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
2–3 years of experience in Sales, with at least 1 year in a Team Leader or Supervisor role.
Previous experience in medical, aesthetic, or healthcare clinics is highly preferred.
Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and improve team performance.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
