Job Summary: WorkBrand is looking for a seasoned Sales Leader who actively participates in closing major deals and driving performance, rather than just supervising. You will be the role model who guides our B2B institutional sales team toward achieving targets across the Consulting, Training, Media, and Specialized Office Services sectors. Your role is a blend of hands-on coaching, performance analytics, and directly closing complex transactions.
Key Leadership Responsibilities:
- Immediate Coaching & Mentoring: Provide continuous, hands-on training focusing on advanced negotiation and closing skills to elevate team competency.
- Active Sales Participation: Personally participate in strategic client meetings and support the team in closing major deals to ensure overall target achievement.
- Performance Management: Accurately analyze the Sales Pipeline within the CRM system, prepare performance reports, and define individual improvement trajectories.
- Team Motivation: Manage the incentives and rewards system to ensure the team remains highly motivated to achieve sales excellence.
Job Requirements:
- Leadership Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of sales experience, including at least two (2) years in a direct supervisory or Sales Team Leader role.
- Sector Experience: A distinguished sales record within the B2B Institutional Services sector.
- Core Competencies: Exceptional coaching and closing skills are a must.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in CRM systems and sales data analysis using Excel.
