Sales Team Leader

Job Summary

As a Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and supporting the team, driving sales performance, and ensuring the team consistently works towards its targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and mentor a team.
• Set clear individual and team sales targets
• Monitor team performance, KPIs, and sales activity
• Provide regular coaching, training, and performance feedback
• Support team members in developing effective sales strategies
• Assist with negotiations and complex client transactions
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities
• Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of new team members
• Ensure professional standards and company procedures are consistently followed

• Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar sales environment
• Previous experience in a team leadership or supervisory role
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Strong coaching and people-management abilities
• Commercially minded with a results-driven approach
• Excellent knowledge of the Abu Dhabi/UAE real estate market is an advantage
• Professional, confident, and highly motivated
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
