Job Description

We are looking for a highly adaptable, fast-reacting leader who remains resilient under pressure and seasonal fluctuations. You will manage people selling across different markets and time zones, each with different motivations, performance levels, and challenges.

  • Commission-only compensation. First year: USD 15,000; second year: USD 20,000; thereafter negotiable.
  • Quarterly and yearly performance bonuses

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute sales strategies
  • Optimize sales workflows
  • Identify bottlenecks and resolve them through automation and improvements
  • Manage sales team performance across all time zones using KPIs
  • Handle underperformance, tension, and conflicts professionally and constructively
  • Make confident decisions with incomplete or changing information

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales
  • Experience managing teams
  • Excellent internet connection
  • C2 English

A Strong Plus

  • Experience in tourism, travel platforms, OTAs.
