Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Team Leader based in Cairo, Egypt, with the possibility of partial remote work. As a Sales Team Leader, you will lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve targets and provide exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks will include setting sales strategies, tracking team performance, coaching team members, maintaining strong communication among the team, and ensuring a customer-first approach in sales. You will also be responsible for identifying growth opportunities and contributing to strategic decisions to strengthen the team's success.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and Team Management skills with the ability to motivate, guide, and develop a sales team
- Proficiency in Sales and a proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets
- Exceptional Customer Service skills to support both team members and clients effectively
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and relationships
- Advanced Analytical Skills for performance tracking, strategy development, and identifying growth opportunities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Prior experience in leading a sales team within the financial services industry is an advantage
