Job Description

Salary Upto 7k + Commission Opportunity.

Driving License Must.

Candidate must be in Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, train, and motivate a team of real estate brokers to achieve individual and team sales targets.

Develop and execute effective sales strategies tailored to the Dubai real estate market.

Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing constructive feedback and guidance.

Foster a collaborative and competitive team environment.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to secure repeat business and referrals.

Stay informed about Dubais real estate trends, property values, and market regulations.

Collaborate with management to set sales goals and generate performance reports.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in UAEs real estate market.

Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

Proven ability to train and inspire a sales team to exceed targets.

Proficiency in sales tracking tools.

Native or fluent English speaker; additional languages are a plus.
