Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Team Leader in Real Estate, located in New Cairo. The Sales Team Leader will oversee and manage the sales team, set and achieve sales goals, and ensure optimal performance across the team. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, fostering client relationships, analyzing market trends, and providing exceptional customer service. The role requires strong leadership to motivate and guide the team toward achieving outstanding results.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership and Team Management skills to effectively direct and support the sales team.
  • Strong Sales expertise with the ability to develop strategies and manage client portfolios.
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build lasting relationships with clients and maintain high client satisfaction.
  • Analytical Skills to interpret market trends and use data to drive decision-making.
  • Previous experience in the real estate industry is preferred.
