Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in New Cairo for a Sales Tech ERP System professional. The role involves managing sales processes, maintaining and utilizing ERP systems, providing client training on ERP tools, handling customer inquiries, negotiating agreements, and ensuring client satisfaction. The position requires effective collaboration with team members and a focus on meeting company sales objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Service and customer relationship management
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proven experience in Sales and achieving targets
• Capability to deliver client Training and provide onboarding support
• Effective Negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with ERP systems is highly desirable
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Ability to work on-site in New Cairo
• Attention to detail and a focus on results
