Diverse Supplies LLC, Armstrong International's sole distributor in Egypt, is hiring a Sales & Technical Support Engineer to develop steam and heat transfer solutions across manufacturing sectors including food, pharmaceuticals, textiles, FMCG, and general industry.
Role Objective
Grow business by identifying operational inefficiencies and delivering value-based steam solutions that improve energy performance and plant reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with plant managers, utilities teams, and procurement departments.
- Identify opportunities through plant visits, steam audits, and technical discussions.
- Prepare and follow up on technical and commercial offers.
- Promote energy-efficient solutions including steam audits, trap management programs, and system optimization projects.
- Lead commercial discussions on pricing, scope, and delivery terms.
- Recommend technically sound and cost-effective solutions.
- Coordinate with internal technical and service teams for project execution.
- Maintain structured reporting of pipeline and activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical Power or mechatronics Engineering.
- 13 years experience in industrial equipment or technical sales preferably in (valves, boilers, utilities, steam systems).
- Strong technical fundamentals with practical plant exposure.
- Knowledge of steam and condensate applications preferred.
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
- Commercially driven and customer focused.
