Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales & Tour Operator, located in Nasr, City, Cairo, Egypt. The Sales & Tour Operator will be responsible for organizing and conducting guided tours, managing travel and tourism activities, handling customer service inquiries, making reservations, and driving sales. Day-to-day tasks include liaising with clients, creating customized travel itineraries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• 3 years proven experience in travel, tourism, or hospitality
• Customer service skills and proficiency in managing reservations
• Strong sales skills and the ability to meet sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in English (Reading, Writing & Speaking)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelors degree in Tourism or Hospitality preferred; equivalent experience in tourism or hospitality also valued.
