Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic B2B Sales Trainee to join our Wholesale team. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English, have strong communication skills, and be eager to learn the jewellery wholesale business. This role is perfect for fresh graduates or individuals seeking to build a career in B2B sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team in managing and developing B2B client relationships.
- Handle inquiries from wholesale customers and provide product details.
- Support the preparation of quotations, sales orders, and product lists.
- Maintain customer records and update the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal departments for order processing and delivery.
- Attend client meetings and trade discussions as required.
- Learn product details, gold & diamond specifications, and market trends.
- Support day-to-day administrative tasks of the sales department.
Requirements:
- Any graduate (freshers welcome).
- Fluent in English verbal and written.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced wholesale environment.
- Available to join immediately.
- Passion for sales and customer service.
- 6 Days working (Monday - Saturday)
- Working Hours - 9.30 Am To 7.00 Pm
