Hiring: Sales Trainer (Part-Time 3 Hours per Day)

We are looking for an experiencedSales Trainerto join our team on a part-time basis (3 hours per day).

Requirements:

• Minimum57 years of experiencein sales training
• Strong background inFood & Beverage (F&B), FMCG, and Hospitality sectors
• Proven experience delivering structured sales training programs
• Ability to coach, mentor, and develop sales teams
• Preferablybilingual (Arabic & English)
• Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver practical sales training sessions
• Improve team performance, closing ratios, and account growth
• Conduct field coaching and performance evaluations
• Align training programs with business targets and KPIs

This is a part-time role ideal for a results-driven trainer who understands market dynamics in F&B, FMCG, and Hospitality and can translate strategy into measurable sales growth.
