What This Role Is About

Our client, a leading regional FMCG group, is looking for a Sales Transformation Director, based in Cairo, to lead sales transformation initiatives and drive commercial growth across the business.

This role will be responsible for developing and implementing sales transformation strategies, improving sales effectiveness, and enhancing commercial capabilities across multiple channels.

You will work closely with leadership teams to identify opportunities, optimise sales performance, and strengthen go-to-market execution.

You will also play a key role in driving sales excellence, improving channel effectiveness, and ensuring the sales organisation is equipped to achieve long-term business growth across Egypt.

Non-Negotiables for Client

These are must-haves. Candidates who do not meet ALL of the below cannot be considered.

• 10 to 12 years of FMCG experience is a must.
• Must have strong experience across ALL FMCG sales channels.
• Egypt FMCG market experience is mandatory
• Must be currently based in Egypt or able to work in Egypt without visa sponsorship
• Strong experience in sales transformation, sales strategy, and commercial capability building
• Proven understanding of route-to-market, channel management, and sales execution
• Experience working with a regional FMCG organisation is highly preferred
