Job description
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Appointment Setter (Outbound / Remote) - Egyptbased in Egypt to join our growing team. This role is a blend of outbound sales outreach and administrative support. Your primary goal will be to engage potential clients, qualify leads, and secure appointments for our sales team while maintaining smooth day-to-day administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Outreach: Conduct high-volume outbound calls and follow up on leads via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
Appointment Setting: Qualify prospects and schedule discovery calls or demos directly into our sales team's calendar.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in our CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
Admin Support: Manage email correspondence, prepare reports, and assist with general administrative tasks to support the sales workflow.
Follow-Up: Consistently follow up with no-shows or cold leads to re-engage interest.
Requirements:
Experience: At least 02 years of experience in outbound calling, telesales, or a virtual assistant role.
Language Skills: Near-native or fluent English (verbal and written) is essential.
Communication: Strong persuasive skills with the ability to handle objections professionally.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word) and familiarity with CRM tools.
Mindset: Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly organized with great attention to detail.
