We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Salesforce Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with key clients across Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should be with strong account management skills especially in Salesforce Solutions, and the ability to drive customer success through strategic engagement and value-based selling.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop assigned client accounts to ensure long-term partnership and customer satisfaction
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers using Salesforce solutions
- Understand customer business needs and recommend appropriate Salesforce products and enhancements
- Drive account growth through upselling, cross-selling, and renewal opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Pre-Sales, Technical, and Support) to deliver effective solutions
- Monitor account performance, usage, and customer feedback to ensure successful adoption
- Prepare and deliver account reviews, proposals, and presentations to stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records of account activities, pipeline, and forecasts in Salesforce CRM
- Stay up to date with Salesforce products, industry trends, and market developments in KSA
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience in account management, sales, or customer success (preferably in CRM, SaaS, or cloud solutions)
- Good understanding of Salesforce products and ecosystem (certifications are a plus)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively
- Proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with enterprise or government clients in Saudi Arabia
- Salesforce certification (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Account Managerrelated tracks)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
