• 10+ years of overall and relevant Salesforce experience
  
• Act as Scrum Master, ensuring effective Agile delivery
  
• Facilitate all Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives)
  
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and impediments
  
• Coach teams to improve Agile maturity and best practices
  
• Support program-level planning, tracking, and reporting
