Job Title: Salesforce Business Analyst

Location : Riyadh , Saudi Arabia

Duration : 3 Months renewal contract [ 2 to 3 days in a week from office]

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to support a critical Salesforce implementation project in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team, gathering requirements, documenting processes, and ensuring the Salesforce solution meets business needs. You will work in a fast-paced environment to support the design, testing, and deployment of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related integrations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Requirements Gathering & Analysis

Conduct workshops and interviews with business users to capture functional and non-functional requirements.

Analyze and document business processes, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.

Translate business requirements into clear and actionable user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.

2. Solution Design Support

Collaborate with Salesforce Architects and Developers to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly.

Assist in configuring Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, and validation rules.

Support the design of reports, dashboards, and data migration strategies.

3. Documentation & Communication

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical & Functional Skills

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years focused on Salesforce projects.

Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud; familiarity with Marketing Cloud, CPQ, or Experience Cloud is a plus.

Hands-on experience with:

Salesforce configuration (objects, fields, flows, process builder, approval processes)

Reporting and Dashboard creation

Data mapping and migration planning

Understanding of integration concepts (APIs, middleware) and basic Salesforce security model.

Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator or Sales Cloud Consultant are preferred.
