Salesforce Developer – Service Cloud

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to join a major banking project based onsite in Abu Dhabi.

Key responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and customize Salesforce Service Cloud solutions
• Build and enhance case-management, customer-servicing, escalation, and approval workflows
• Develop solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, Flow, and Salesforce APIs
• Configure Service Console, Omni-Channel, routing, queues, entitlements, SLAs, and Knowledge
• Integrate Salesforce with banking platforms and other enterprise systems
• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure solutions follow Salesforce security and development best practices

What we're looking for:

• Strong hands-on Salesforce development experience
• Proven experience implementing and customizing Salesforce Service Cloud
• Experience working on customer-servicing or case-management solutions
• Banking or financial services experience is highly preferred
• Strong stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills
• Relevant Salesforce certifications would be advantageous

The project will cover the successful candidate's UAE visa if they don't currently have one. Relocation costs, including flights, accommodation, and other moving expenses, will not be covered.
