We are looking for a Salesforce CRM Specialist to enhance our digital infrastructure, streamline operations, and optimize marketing automation. If you have deep expertise in Salesforce CRM, Marketing Cloud, and Pardot, along with a passion for data-driven solutions, we’d love to have you on board.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage Salesforce CRM, ensuring seamless configuration, customization, and optimization.
- Develop and maintain Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot (Account Engagement), and Sales Cloud integrations to drive lead generation and nurturning
- Design and implement automated workflows, reports, and dashboards to enhance sales and marketing performance.
- Leverage APIs (REST/SOAP), AMPscript, HTML, and SQL to personalize customer engagement and improve automation.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to align Salesforce solutions with business goals.
- Optimize customer journeys using Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Marketing Cloud Personalization to improve conversion rates.
- Ensure seamless integration of CRM, real estate platforms, and third-party marketing tools for data-driven decision-making.
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and best practices to internal teams.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong expertise in Salesforce CRM, Marketing Cloud, and Pardot (Account Engagement).
- Experience with real estate CRM integrations, lead automation, and customer engagement strategies.
- Proficiency in AMPscript, SQL, HTML, CSS, and Apex for advanced automation and personalization.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Marketing Cloud Consultant, Administrator, Developer) are a plus.
- Analytical mindset with experience in Google Analytics, SEO, and data-driven marketing strategies.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, tech-driven real estate environment.
