We are seeking a skilled Salesforce / MIS Developer to design, develop, and implement solutions on the Salesforce platform.

• The role involves working across various Salesforce clouds (including Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud), developing custom flows, components, and Apex code, as well as managing platform configuration, data modeling, and security.
• The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.

• Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions (Flows, Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce).
• Configure and maintain Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud environments, including custom objects, fields, validation rules, and page layouts.
• Develop and maintain Salesforce reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for business stakeholders.
• Manage data integrity, data migration, and integration between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing permanent solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, IT) to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Maintain system documentation, user guides, and training materials.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and industry trends to recommend and implement enhancements.
• Support end-user adoption by conducting training sessions, providing technical support, and developing self-help resources.

• Requirements

• Holds a Computer Science or Computer Engineering degree.
• Has 3+ years of experience designing and developing solutions on the Salesforce platform (including Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.).
• Experienced in platform implementation, configuration, administration, data modeling, and managing security and permissions.
• Skilled in building Salesforce Flows, Lightning Components, and writing Apex classes.
• Proficient in creating Salesforce reports and dashboards.
• Capable of promoting platform best practices and supporting the development of new Salesforce technologies and features.
• Able to communicate ideas effectively across different levels of technical understanding.
• Possesses strong problem-solving skills and works well under pressure to meet requirements and deadlines.
• Demonstrates excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Salesforce certifications are preferred.
• Proficient in English
