Job Title : Salesforce Consultant / Senior Developer – Service Cloud, Sales Cloud & Health Cloud

Location : PAN India / Hybrid

Experience : 5 to 12 Years

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce professional with strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Health Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering business requirements, designing scalable Salesforce solutions, developing customizations, integrating third-party systems, and supporting end-to-end implementation projects within the healthcare and customer engagement domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Health Cloud.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Configure Salesforce features including workflows, validation rules, approval processes, flows, reports, and dashboards.
• Develop custom applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL.
• Implement Health Cloud features such as Care Plans, Patient Management, Provider Networks, Clinical Data Models, and Member Services.
• Configure Sales Cloud functionalities including Lead Management, Opportunity Management, Forecasting, Campaigns, and Account Management.
• Implement Service Cloud capabilities such as Case Management, Omni-Channel, Knowledge Base, Entitlements, and Service Console.
• Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, or other middleware platforms.
• Participate in solution design reviews, code reviews, and deployment activities.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, security standards, and governance processes.
• Provide production support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

• Experience in Agile delivery methodology.

• Salesforce Health Cloud Accredited Professional or Consultant Certification
