Job Description/Key responsibilities

Design and develop high-performance, reusable, and maintainable code using Apex (Classes,

Triggers, Controllers), Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura Components.

Architect and implement complex integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems

(ERP, Marketing Automation, etc.) using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools (like MuleSoft or Dell Boomi), and platform events.

Conduct gap analysis between business requirements and out-of-the-box functionality;

provide technical designs that prioritize clicks before code while ensuring scalability.

Lead code reviews to ensure best practices (e.g., bulkification, avoiding hardcoded IDs) and

mentor junior developers or admins on the team.

Manage the end-to-end deployment process using tools like Git, Salesforce CLI, and CI/CD

pipelines (e.g., Copado, Flosum, or Azure DevOps) to ensure seamless releases across sandboxes.

Build sophisticated business logic using a hybrid of declarative tools (Flow) and

programmatic solutions to handle large data volumes and complex recursion.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, including governor limit breaches, SOQL

query optimization, and UI performance bottlenecks.

Translate high-level business requirements into technical specifications by collaborating with

Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Architects.

Job Qualifications

5+ years of experience

Bachelor degree in engineering or any relevant field
