Duties and Responsibilities
Development & Customization
- Design and develop custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and platform tools.
- Customize Salesforce modules, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
Integration & Architecture
- Build integrations between Salesforce and external systems (ERP, websites, marketing tools) using REST/SOAP APIs or middleware.
- Evaluate and recommend third-party applications and tools to extend platform functionality.
Technical Design & Documentation
- Translate business requirements into technical designs and detailed specifications.
- Prepare solution documentation, conduct peer code reviews, and ensure clean, scalable, and maintainable code.
Testing & Quality Assurance
- Lead unit testing and integration testing activities.
- Ensure developed solutions meet required performance, reliability, and operational standards.
Support & Continuous Improvement
- Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and user training.
- Recommend enhancements based on Salesforce platform updates and evolving business needs.
