Role Overview
A Salesforce Loyalty Consultant works with business stakeholders to design and implement loyalty programs that enhance customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value. The consultant translates business requirements into scalable solutions using Salesforce Loyalty Management and the broader Salesforce Customer 360 ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
1. Loyalty Program Design
- Design customer loyalty programs including points, tiers, rewards, and promotions.
- Configure and implement solutions using Salesforce Loyalty Management.
- Define earning rules, redemption rules, tier structures, and promotions.
2. Salesforce Configuration & Implementation
- Configure loyalty program objects, benefits, and rules.
- Implement automation using Salesforce Flow, validation rules, and Apex when required.
- Support integration with other Salesforce clouds such as Marketing Cloud and Service Cloud.
3. Integration & Data Management
- Integrate loyalty programs with external systems such as POS, CRM, or e-commerce platforms.
- Work with APIs and middleware tools.
- Ensure accurate data flow for member activities, rewards, and points.
4. Stakeholder Collaboration
- Gather and document business requirements.
- Conduct workshops with marketing, sales, and operations teams.
- Provide functional design documentation.
5. Testing & Deployment
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and defect resolution.
- Ensure successful deployment and go-live support.
- Monitor system performance post-implementation.
6. Reporting & Analytics
- Build dashboards and reports to track loyalty program performance.
- Measure KPIs such as member engagement, redemption rate, retention, and customer lifetime value.

- Experience with Salesforce Loyalty Management
- Knowledge of Salesforce CRM platform
- Experience with Apex, Flows, and APIs
- Integration knowledge (REST/SOAP)
- Data modelling in Salesforce
