Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant

We are hiring a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant with 3–5 years of experience in marketing automation or CRM consulting. The role requires hands-on expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, particularly Email Studio, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio, along with experience in designing and executing customer journeys, campaign management, audience segmentation, and data extensions. The ideal candidate should be able to translate business requirements into effective marketing automation solutions and collaborate with stakeholders for seamless delivery. Basic knowledge of SQL and exposure to AMPscript are preferred, along with an understanding of campaign performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and understand business requirements

• Design and implement Marketing Cloud solutions

• Work on Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio

• Create and manage campaigns, customer journeys, and data extensions

• Collaborate with stakeholders for requirement analysis and delivery

• Ensure best practices in campaign execution and performance tracking

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud

• Strong understanding of business requirements and solution design

• Experience in Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio

• Basic knowledge of SQL, AMPscript is a plus

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
