Job Summary

We are looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer with hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing marketing automation solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. The ideal candidate should have expertise in email campaigns, customer journeys, automation, integrations, and API-based solutions while working in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, customize, and maintain solutions in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Design and implement email campaigns, customer journeys, automations, and personalization.
Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with external applications using APIs and web services.
Collaborate with business and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Marketing Cloud implementations.
Optimize existing Marketing Cloud assets for performance and reliability.
Document technical designs, development processes, and solutions.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Mentor junior team members and support knowledge sharing.
