Our Semi-Government client is looking to hire a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Lead to own our SFMC strategy, build scalable automations, and guide cross-functional teams in delivering data-driven, personalized customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy, roadmap, and daily operations of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Design and build multi-channel journeys, automations, and personalized campaigns.
- Manage SFMC data architecture, including data extensions, segmentation, and integrations.
- Ensure platform governance, QA, deliverability, and compliance (CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
- Partner with marketing, data, and IT teams to execute initiatives effectively.
- Provide guidance and training to marketing and operations teams.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on SFMC experience.
- Strong skills in Journey Builder, Automation Builder, Email Studio, SQL, and AMPscript.
- Experience integrating SFMC with Salesforce CRM and other systems.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications preferred.
