We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Project Manager to work onsite with a semi-government client in Abu Dhabi. The role acts as a strategic bridge between business stakeholders and technical Salesforce teams, ensuring that Salesforce solutions align with organizational objectives, regulatory requirements, and service excellence standards.
The ideal candidate will combine strong stakeholder management skills, deep Salesforce functional knowledge, and an understanding of government or semi-government operating environments.
The role be based onsite in Abu Dhabi 5 days per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the client's business units and Salesforce delivery teams
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, department heads, and end users
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into Salesforce functional specifications
- Lead business workshops, discovery sessions, and solution design discussions
- Ensure Salesforce implementations align with client policies, governance, and compliance standards
- Oversee change management, user adoption, and stakeholder communication plans
- Support project planning, prioritization, and roadmap development
- Monitor solution performance and continuously identify opportunities for optimization and value realization
- Coordinate with internal teams (developers, architects, QA, support) to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
- Provide regular status updates, reports, and executive-level insights to client leadership
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, IT, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce-focused roles (Business Analyst, CRM Manager, Product Owner, or similar)
- Proven experience managing business relationships with government or semi-government entities
- Strong functional knowledge of Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud; others a plus)
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills
- Experience working in onsite, client-facing roles
- Strong understanding of business process mapping and requirements management
