Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesforce Sales Admin located in Giza. The Salesforce Sales Admin will manage and maintain Salesforce.com within the organization. Daily responsibilities include creating and managing dashboards, implementing validation rules, ensuring data accuracy and integrity, and providing timely support to the sales team. The role also involves collaborating with various departments to analyze processes and enhance Salesforce functionality.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Salesforce.com Administration, including user setup, customization, and maintenance
  • Ability to create and manage Dashboards and Validation Rules
  • Strong Analytical Skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate collaboration across teams
  • Familiarity with sales processes and CRM best practices is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Salesforce Administrator certification is highly desirable
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site setting in Giza
