Salesforce Service & Sales Cloud Developer

We are looking for a skilled and driven Salesforce developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will design and deliver production-ready features across Salesforce Service and Sales Cloud, partnering closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.

Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders and partners, taking full ownership of recommended solutions from concept through delivery. You will bring deep Salesforce expertise and strong communication skills to align technical direction with business goals.

• Lead the delivery of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions, guiding the Salesforce team through design, development, and deployment.

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into maintainable, scalable Salesforce architectures.

• Design, configure, and oversee the implementation of core Salesforce capabilities including case management, lead and opportunity management, workflows, reports, and dashboards.

• Drive day-to-day operations, project planning, and sprint execution within an Agile delivery framework.

Required Qualifications

• 6–8 years of hands-on experience implementing Salesforce solutions across Sales and Service Cloud.

• Proficiency in Apex, Apex Triggers, Lightning Aura and LWC frameworks, and Visualforce.

• Strong grasp of Salesforce development best practices, data modeling, design patterns, and platform limitations.

• Hands-on experience with Workflow Rules, Flows, case management, knowledge base, chatbots, Communities, and Service Console customization.

• Experience installing, configuring, and customizing CTI Adapters and CTI Flows; familiarity with backend Lambda functions is a plus.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Salesforce Administrator / Advanced Administrator

• Salesforce Platform Developer I or II
