Job Description

Opportunity for Salesforce Solution Architect

Contract | Immediate

Key responsibilities:

Solution Architecture

  • Define end-to-end architecture for Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud implementations.
  • Design data models, security models, and sharing rules aligned with business requirements.
  • Ensure integration with external systems (ERP, CRM, telephony, CTI, etc.) using APIs and middleware.

Integration & API Management

  • Architect integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, and other middleware platforms.
  • Implement Omni-Channel, CTI integrations, and Service Console optimizations.

Technical Leadership

  • Lead technical workshops and guide development teams on Salesforce best practices.
  • Review code, enforce standards, and ensure maintainability and scalability.

Performance & Security

  • Implement security measures for data protection and compliance (GDPR, ISO standards).
  • Optimize system performance and scalability for large user bases.

Productivity & Collaboration

  • Utilize Microsoft 365 Copilot AI tools for:
  • Automating architecture documentation and technical specifications.
  • Generating meeting summaries and action items in Microsoft Teams.
  • Streamlining project tracking and reporting in SharePoint and Planner.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Translate technical concepts into business-friendly language for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and delivery teams.

Key Skills/Knowledge:

Salesforce Expertise

  • Deep knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Omni-Channel.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs.

Integration & Architecture

  • Strong understanding of API-driven architecture, middleware, and microservices.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

AI & Productivity Tools

  • Practical knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot for workflow automation and collaboration.

Certifications (Preferred)

  • Salesforce Certified Technical Architect
  • Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant
  • Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant
  • Integration Architecture Designer

Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.

Experience required:

  • 15+ years in Salesforce ecosystem, with 12+ years in Sales & Service Cloud implementations.
  • Proven experience in architecting enterprise-scale CRM solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with complex integrations and security compliance.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
  • Exposure to AI-driven productivity tools like Microsoft 365 Copilot.

Overall Experience (in Yrs)

  • 15+ years of experience

Considerations

  • 6 Month Contract
  • Locations – Pan India
  • Work from office
  • Monday to Friday working

Screening Criteria

  • 15+ years in Salesforce ecosystem, with 12+ years in Sales & Service Cloud implementations.
  • Proven experience in architecting enterprise-scale CRM solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with complex integrations and security compliance.
  • Available for 6 month contract
  • Available to work from office in Pan India
  • Available to join within 2 weeks
